Because of the nature of the product being 100% digital and downloadable, all sales are final and there is no refund policy in effect.

However, there are Instances were a refund can be issued:

1. Accidental purchase of multiple copies. The additional purchases can be refunded.

2. Re-purchase due to login or technical issues. If this initial purchase has resulted in an issue the prevents the user from accessing the membership site or downloading the product, the initial purchase can be refunded once a second purchase has been made.
